Answer: We do our business in all the boroughs and counties of New York, all parts of the United States and rest of the world. Question: How will I know when my paper have been served? Answer: NPS will provide you with a document called proof of Service after the individual or plaintiff has been served. This Proof of Service is then filed with the court. We can file the document for you. Question: In what form do you collect your charges? Answer: Depending on the comfort level of our clients, we collect payment in cash and checks. Question: How would you receive the summons, package or notice we want you to serve? Answer: By mail, fax or any other acceptable electronic method.
